Founder
Richard has 30 years experience in leading and advising private businesses through growth and uncertainty, building a custom approach for success across a wide range of industries and business maturities.
In particular, leading three very different businesses over 17 years in Australia and Europe provided a unique appreciation of an owners' perspective - including the strategic alignment on wealth creation, the bias to action and the personal responsibility to your team.
Richard has always enjoyed helping others achieve success, but it was the bond felt with so many other owners and leaders who are trying to figure it out on their own, which became the catalyst to go all-in on building vasensi.
His vision is for vasensi to be an extension of you and your business, adding strength to your arm and having your back whenever its needed.
